To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

3. Refund Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and relevant photos (if applicable).

Step 2: Approval and Return

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions to return the item.
  • Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Step 3: Refund Confirmation

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued based on your original payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer, as per your preference.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are returned to the same card used for the purchase.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be credited to your provided bank account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Discounted/Sale Items: Products purchased during promotional events or sales.
  • Customized Orders: Personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Customer Damage: Items damaged due to improper use or handling.

6. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

  2. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging.

  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Store credits, if provided, can be used for future purchases on D'Or Fragrances.
