- Courier Pickup/Shipping:

- Alternatively, you can ship the item to our return address (shared during approval).
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and other reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Makeup Products: Due to hygiene concerns, makeup items are non-returnable.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or clearance events.
- Customized Orders: Items made to order or personalized.
- Damaged by Customer: Products damaged due to improper handling or use.
4. Refunds
